Property Taxes and Utilities

Property Tax Deadline: July 3, 2012

The Taxation Office is located on the 2nd floor of the Municipal Hall at 4500 Clarence Taylor Crescent in Ladner. You may call us at (604) 946-3235. Contact us about inquiries for property taxes and utility charges for water, sewer and solid waste. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:45 pm (Thursdays until 8:00 pm).

Payments for taxes and utilities are also accepted at the North Delta Recreation Centre at 11415 84 Avenue. Business hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 4:45 pm (Thursdays until 8:00 pm).
