Located in the North Delta Social Heart and sharing space with the Reach Child Development Centre, this two-level facility contains space dedicated to the arts. It is home to the North Delta Potters Guild, which runs a pottery studio on-site and the Watershed Artworks Society comprised of local artists who operate a gift shop showcasing their work for sale to the public. An upper floor room is programmed by Delta Parks, Recreation & Culture with arts and dance classes while local arts groups use the facility for rentals.

The facility is currently open only when programs, events or rentals are being held in the building.

• Watershed Art Gallery has an always changing collection of art and craft items by local artists, including paintings, pottery, woodwork, photography and jewelry available for sale. The gallery is operated by local artists
• Pottery Studio (North Delta Potters Guild) complete with wheels, firing ovens and drying racks provide room to work for local potters and artists.
• Program room with a capacity of 25 available for rental
