Online Service Request (Report a Problem)

Please submit an Online Service Request Form to report a problem related to Delta services such as:

• Bylaw Issues
• Garbage and Recycling Services
• Park Service and Maintenance
• Roads/Boulevards/Walkways Service Maintenance
• Sewer/Drainage Service and Maintenance
• Trees and Shrubs
• Waterworks Service and Maintenance

Service requests are processed during regular office hours.

Please note: a Service Request Form should not be used to report an emergency. If you require assistance during regular office hours, please call the Engineering Department at (604) 946-3260. For immediate assistance after regular office hours, please call Delta Police at (604) 946-4411. If you wish to leave a non-emergency message, please call the Engineering Department at (604) 946-3260 and your call will be returned during regular office hours.
