Yard trimmings recycling is available to all residents that receive curbside garbage collection. Yard trimmings are compostable - they will be taken to a composting facility where they will be turned into valuable, nutrient-rich soil.

Yard Trimmings decals are available for no charge from Delta Municipal Hall and recreation centres. |

Kraft paper bags are available for purchase at many retail locations. Bags may also be purchased from Delta Municipal Hall and recreation centres for $2.99 (plus tax) for a bundle of five. |

Drop-off Locations
- Yard trimmings are accepted at Vancouver Landfill composting facility located at 5400 - 72nd Street in Delta. Visit their website for information on Vancouver Landfill's hours of operation and disposal rates.
- Delta residents may drop-off yard trimmings for no charge at Enviro-Smart composting facility located at 4295 - 72nd Street in Delta. Contact their office at (604) 946-0201 for further details.
