This bylaw sets out the design criteria, standards, and procedures for servicing lands that are subdivided or developed in Delta. The bylaw provides works and servicing requirements, including roads, water, storm and sanitary services. It also outlines the design drawing review process and applicable engineering fees.
We recommend that you review the bylaw with your consultant prior to submitting drawings, to ensure that your submission is complete and meets the minimum engineering requirements.
