Flat Rate Utility Bill

The 2012 Flat Rate Utility Bill is due April 2, 2012. Please read Mayor Lois E. Jackson's Spring 2012 Utility Tax Message.

Metered Utility Bills

• Properties with a water meter are billed for water and sewer, on a quarterly basis, based on water consumption. All meter rates are due and payable on the last day of the month following the date of billing (see Important Dates). Metered utility charges remaining unpaid are subject to a 10% penalty.
