Mission Statement

The Corporation of Delta adopted the following mission statement as a way to identify what it means to be an employee with Delta and communicate to the public how Delta's employees strive to serve the community at large:

To provide a healthy workplace and foster a safe, vibrant, sustainable community through excellence in municipal services honouring culture, heritage and the environment.

This mission statement is an important tool that reflects the beliefs, values and attitudes of Delta employees while at the same time conveying our commitment to public service.
