On-line Service Request (Report a Problem)
Welcome to Delta's On-Line Service Request system. You can use the On-Line Service Request Form to report a problem related to Delta services such as garbage and recycling pick-up, snow/ice concerns, waterworks, sewer and drainage, roads/boulevard/walkway/parks maintenance, trees and bylaw issues.
* Please note that the On-line Service Request form should not be used to report an emergency.
If you require assistance during regular office hours, please call the Engineering Department at (604) 946-3260. For emergencies after regular office hours, please call Delta Police at (604) 946-4411. If you wish to leave a non-emergency message, please call the Engineering Department at (604) 946-3260 and we will return your call during regular office hours.
How to Use the On-line Service Request Form
- Enter information about your service request
- Select the service request type from the drop down list
- Enter your comments and/or a description of the problem or service request in detail in the problem description box.
- Enter the address/location of the problem or service request. If the service/problem has a street address, enter it. If the service/problem is at an intersection, enter the names of the cross streets in the box and specify the exact location (i.e. northeast corner) at the intersection. As an option, you can also attach a map with a mark of the problem location by clicking on the mark on map button.
- Click Submit/Validate.
When a Service Request Form is submitted with the required information, it will be forwarded to Delta staff for processing (please note On-line Service Requests are processed only during regular office hours). Staff will then provide a Service Request notification number to the requestor. This notification number can be used for all future inquires related to the Service Request Form you submitted.
