Water Playground Ground Breaking - Diefenbaker Park

On Thursday, April 14, 2011 a Ground Breaking ceremony was held to celebrate the development of the Water Playground at Diefenbaker Park.

The Water Playground is a collaborative partnership between the Corporation of Delta and the Rotary Club of Tsawwassen. The Rotary Club of Tsawwassen is very appreciative of the support and sponsorship received from the community.

The concept for the Water Playground was prepared by Delta staff and draws on the history of the site, a former gravel mining operation that at one time supplied much of the gravel for the development of Tsawwassen.
