Building Occupancy Status Update: Kennedy Place & Ri-Don Apartment Buildings

The Delta Fire Department has opened the Kennedy Place apartment buildings located at 11862 and 11864 - 88 Avenue for re-occupation, as air quality levels have been deemed safe.

The Ri-Don apartment buildings located at 11874 and 11884 - 88 Avenue are closed indefinitely as a result of yesterday's fire.

Delta Fire & Emergency Services has concluded the investigation of the fire and will now be turning the property over to AT Insurance Adjusters Ltd. Any building enquiries regarding the property can be directed to them at (604) 638-3688.
