Centennial Beach Concession & Washroom Building Replacement
Construction is underway by Metro Vancouver to build a new washroom/concession building at Centennial Beach in Boundary Bay. The existing washroom/concession building is at the end of its serviceable life and does not accommodate patrons with physical disabilities.
Centennial Beach Park is municipally owned land that is leased to Metro Vancouver to manage as part of the Boundary Bay Regional Park. The lease states that all capital improvements are paid for by Metro Vancouver and require Delta's approval.
