Tsawwassen Golf and Country Club Redevelopment (Tsawwassen Springs)

Tsawwassen Springs is a new residential community with an upgraded and lengthened golf course, 296 apartments in buildings ranging from 4 to 6 storeys in height, 194 bare land strata units in duplex and single family dwelling form, a new golf course clubhouse with a publicly accessible spa and gym, a neighbourhood store/cafe, and a pathway system. This 55.4 hectare (137 acre) development is located at Springs Boulevard (formerly 16 Avenue) and 52 Street. The bylaws associated with this project were given final adoption at the August 18, 2008 Regular Meeting of Council.
