Filming Fee Schedule

The Corporation of Delta does not charge an overall film permit fee. The following fee schedule is used to calculate municipal filming fees:
Fire
There is a minimum 3 hour charge for the use of any fire apparatus and its manpower.
The following would be a normal charge rate for a movie call out.
The three hour minimum call out rate would total:
- Pumper Truck ($780.00) + manpower ($900.93) = $1680.93
- Every hour after that would be an additional $560.31/hr
Total cost subject to 10% service charge to a maximum of $250 plus HST
Note: Firefighters donate earnings to the Burn Unit, BC Children's Hospital, Vancouver

Police
Police Officer: $105.00 per hour
Police Cruiser: $135.00 per day (the vehicle associated with the police officer)
Call out: Minimum 4 hours
Total cost subject to 10% service charge to a maximum of $250 plus HST

Hydrant Use Permit
Deposit: $1000.00
Inspection Fee: $195.00
Permit Fee: $30.00
Water (1st day use): $141.00
Water (Additional days): $70.00/day
Rate per cubic metre $1.72
No direct hook ups allowed. Must use the Double Check Valve Assembly (DCVA) provided by the Corporation of Delta.
Pick-up of the DCVA is at the Municipal Hall only, located at 4500 Clarence Taylor Crescent
Drop-off of the DCVA is at the Engineering Operations division only, located at 5404 64th Street, Delta.

Highway Use Permit: $25.00 + $3.00 HST = $28.00
Residential Parking Permit: $10.00 + $1.20 HST = $11.20
